The Story of Left Lane Pepper Company

When our favorite family-owned taquería closed temporarily during the pandemic in 2020 our hot sauce source dried up.  So, we did the logical thing, we founded a hot sauce company!  We took our years of travel, food tasting, and automotive experience and distilled them into a flavor-filled 5-ounce bottle.

Our Vision

We want to rev up your taste buds with small batch premium hot sauce while creating a community at the intersection of car enthusiasts and hot sauce lovers.  We strive to be as plastic-free as possible with our packaging when bringing our savory hot sauces to your table.

Bernadette "Bernie" Domingo

Co-owner and Chief Pepper Officer

Bernie currently does not own a car, but will rely on John or public transportation for rides.  She has been in the design and construction industry for over 20 years.  She has enjoyed travelling, learning about different foods and cultures.

Bringing her talent for project management, an eye for color, and creative branding vision, Bernie is a real driver (even without a car).

John Stech

Co-owner and Chief Chipotle Officer

With over 28 years in the international auto business, John KNOWS cars. He's worked with Mercedes-Benz, Jeep / Dodge / Ram / Chrysler, and most recently, Volvo Cars.  He's also traveled the globe extensively, as well as having lived in Egypt and Russia, to taste unique flavors and explore new roads (and unpaved lands).

Now he's stuffing his automotive skills into a 5-ounce bottle.
